You write your requests once for all your clients
Twenty houses, the same twenty steps
A builder does not run twenty different projects. They run the same house twenty times, on a different plot, with different buyers and deadlines that slip. The planning documents, the sign-off on the drawings, the contract signature, the choice of façade, the variation that always comes: the order does not change.
And yet each folder gets rebuilt by hand, usually by copying the last one. That is where the planning document goes missing, on the folder a site manager opened between two appointments.
A house's sequence, written once
The catalogue's "Detached house" template already carries that chain: the planning documents, the sign-off on the drawings, the contract signature, the choice of façade, then the first variation. Apply it to a plot and everything goes out in order, with the right deadlines.
Deadlines are counted from the day you apply the template, so no date from the previous house is left sitting in a request sent to the buyers.
Each step has its own lead time: fifteen days for the planning documents (cadastral plan, title deed for the plot, G1 ground survey, the dommages-ouvrage insurance certificate), seven days for the sign-off on the drawings, the contract and the variation, and ten days for the choice of façade, decided between three finishes.
When the sign-off on the drawings lands on time
A build rides on the sequence of its steps. When the sign-off on the drawings lands on time, the planning submission follows; when it drags, everything after it slips by the same amount.
A shared template also means a site manager opening their first folder with exactly your steps, in your words, without having to ask how it is done here.
With Premium, a template can be edited. When the builder changes a step, for instance by adding a second variation, the change is made once in the template and the next house starts from it, rather than from whichever previous folder someone happens to copy.
Your buyers, told at the right moment
They never see the template. They see clear requests arriving when they should, without having to ring to ask where their house stands.
