You write your requests once for all your clients
Kolinea gives training providers a training folder template, "Training course": three prepared posts, the training needs, the approval of the programme and the end-of-session documents. You reopen it for every session. The template prepares, you publish.
Why start from the same template for every session?
From one session to the next, the folders look alike: the same documents to ask the client company for, the same agreement to have accepted, the same records to gather at the end. Rewriting it all means copying the previous session and hoping you forget neither a document nor a deadline.
What does the "Training course" template contain?
-
"Training needs"
A document request due in ten days. It opens with "Hello …, to prepare "…", I need the documents below." (the needs documents, in detail)
-
"Programme approval"
A sign-off due in seven days, titled "Training programme and agreement — …", with the message "Here is the programme and the agreement for "…", to approve before the start."
-
"End-of-session documents"
A document request due in seven days, introduced by "The session is over. Please upload below the documents to keep."
From which day do the deadlines count?
The template keeps a length, not a date: ten days, seven days. The seven days for the end-of-session documents therefore start on the day you prepare that post, not when the folder is opened: prepare it when the session ends, or correct the due date in the composer before publishing.
What does the template leave for you to write?
Named people and the document put to sign-off do not pass into a template: you attach the programme and the agreement when you prepare the post. It also leaves aside the choice of format, the final list of trainees and the invitations, which you write as the session takes shape. On the Free plan you use it as imported; changing it takes Premium.
For real, in the Delmas Logistique folder
Written in French, the trial folder follows the template's posts and slips in what it does not provide. After the training needs, Catherine Jourdan writes by hand a choice between three formats, which Vincent Delmas, the managing director, settles on two days a week apart. Then comes the programme approval, with its two attached files, which he accepts. Finally, Baptiste Delaunay, Catherine's colleague, asks for the final list of trainees and the approval of coverage from the skills operator.
