No. The personal link received by e-mail and the code sent to the same address are enough. To open a folder yourself, you confirm your address with a code: that is where their answers will reach you.
They open the link you send them and read the folder without signing in. To answer you, they take charge of it.
It is deleted, documents included, if they do not take charge of it in time. You get a reminder, then a warning by e-mail before it is deleted.
One e-mail address gathers the folders each of them opens for you, and the “My folders” page brings them together. This account is optional, free and needs no password.
A new one-time code is sent to you by e-mail to confirm the device.
It becomes read-only and stays available: it is the record of what was asked, decided and approved.
