A sale is mostly diary work
A property on a listing means viewings to place between the seller's constraints, the visitors' and yours. Then the meeting with the sellers to answer the offer, the one for the preliminary contract, the signing at the notary's (notaire) office. Each is fixed by phone or text: "Thursday 6 pm?", "Friday would suit me better", "Friday, fine".
And each one goes astray. The day before a viewing, one person asks the time, another the floor, a third the exact address. An appointment agreed in a messaging app never reaches the calendar of the person who accepted it.
Several slots, one answer
You offer the slots that suit you. The seller or buyer sees them all in the folder, from their phone and without an account, and picks one. As soon as they have, the appointment is confirmed for every participant: there is no doubt about what was chosen.
If none works, they ask for other slots and write in one line what would suit them better. You read it, you offer new slots, and the exchange stays in the folder rather than in a conversation you will struggle to find again. The proposal always starts with you: the client confirms a slot or asks for others, but does not set a time themselves.
The place travels with the time
An appointment carries its location: an address, which opens in each person's maps app, or a video link, depending on the options your workspace offers (on site, video, phone). For a viewing, you can add the seller's checklist: clear the entrance, leave the cellar keys.
At confirmation, the calendar invitation goes out by email, with the place or the link. The seller gets it in their calendar without installing anything, and so do you.
What you find again in the folder
The confirmed appointment joins the folder's dates, alongside an expected document or a deadline. For your own days, you can also subscribe to a calendar address that picks up the confirmed appointments of all your folders.
Signatures stay at the notary's
