Connect your AI assistant to your folders: it reads, it prepares, you publish
AI assistant
Your assistant prepares, you publish
Connect your own assistant to Kolinea. It reads your folders the way you read them and prepares your requests: they wait in the folder’s planned publications, and nothing reaches a client until you publish.
- Connected in three steps, no key to copy
- Each prepared publication is marked as the assistant’s
- Revocable at any time (Premium)
Replaces: Copying your folders into an assistant · Copying its answer back into Kolinea
Nothing reaches a client until you have published
Talk to your assistant about your folders, without copying anything
You already ask an assistant to reword a message or tidy a list. To talk to it about your folders, you currently have to copy what they contain into it, then copy its answer back into Kolinea.
The AI assistant removes that back and forth: you connect your assistant to your account, it reads your folders and prepares your publications, then you publish from Kolinea.
How to connect it
Connecting takes three steps, and there is no key to copy.
- Paste the address. You paste the Kolinea server address into your assistant.
- Sign in. You sign in to Kolinea.
- Allow. You click “Allow” on the “Allow Claude to access Kolinea?” page.
The connection appears in your settings, on the “AI assistant” page. For an assistant that cannot sign in, a personal key created by hand remains possible from the same page.
The assistants you can connect
You keep the assistant you already use.
-
Claude
In claude.ai and Claude Desktop, through a custom connector.
-
ChatGPT
Through a developer-mode connector, depending on your ChatGPT plan.
-
Claude Code
You paste the server address, as in the others.
-
Cursor and VS Code
A one-click install button waits for you on the “AI assistant” page in your settings.
What you can ask it
You talk to it in your own words, and it answers from your folders.
-
“What is waiting for me today?”
It lists the folders where action is expected, with what comes up in the next 14 days.
-
“Give me an update on the Durand folder”
It rereads the thread and says what is decided, what is waiting and the next deadlines.
-
“Prepare a document request for the Durands: bank details and tax notice by Friday”
The request appears in the folder’s planned publications, ready to review.
-
“Follow up on what is late”
It prepares the reminders and sends none of them.
Kolinea also offers three ready-made prompts: “Prepare my day”, “Chase what runs late” and “Brief me on a folder”.
What the assistant reads
It reads exactly what you read, no more and no less.
-
Your folders
Their threads, including your team’s internal notes, their documents and their participants.
-
Your directory and your templates
Your contacts and your folder templates.
-
What is waiting for you
“Where to act”, and “Coming up” for the next 14 days.
-
Your scope
It acts in the workspace you are in when you ask, and sees no folder you are not part of.
What it prepares
The assistant prepares publications that you review.
-
Many kinds
A request, a document request, an appointment proposal, a multiple-choice decision, a checklist, a milestone…
-
In the planned publications
Each one waits in the folder, marked “Prepared by Claire’s assistant” (with your first name).
-
Yours to decide
You correct it if needed, then publish it from Kolinea, or dismiss it.
-
An empty folder
It can also open one. Nobody is told, and no client is added.
Nothing goes out without you
The assistant publishes nothing, answers no one, reminds no one and sends no e-mail. Until a team member has published a prepared publication, the client does not know it exists.
-
Everything is traced
The audit log keeps what the assistant did, as “Claire Martin (via her assistant)”.
-
Revocable at any time
From your settings, on the “AI assistant” page. The assistant loses its access immediately.
-
Your rights, nothing more
The connection gives the assistant what you can do in Kolinea.
-
Clear limits
It does not upload documents, delete folders, change the plan or manage your team.
Your data and your assistant
Kolinea runs no artificial intelligence model and has no AI sub-processor. When you connect your assistant, the content of the folders it reads reaches only the provider of the assistant you chose, under that provider’s terms and under your responsibility. Choose it as you would any tool you trust with your clients’ exchanges.
Kolinea adds no AI of its own: no summaries and no automatic extraction of documents. The Security page and the privacy policy say so too.
Included in Premium
The AI assistant is part of the Premium plan. Each new workspace gets 2 months of Premium free, with no credit card, then the Free plan.
On the Free plan, the “AI assistant” page says what the plan brings. After a return to the Free plan nothing is deleted: the connection or key stays in place, but Kolinea refuses it until the Premium plan is active again, and the publications already prepared stay in the folder.
