No. There is no password to remember. On a new device, a code valid for 10 minutes is sent to them by email; the device is then recognised and they enter nothing on their next visit.
You create a single-use link from their contact card, to be opened within 24 hours with a six-digit code that you give them separately. The device opened this way stays recognised for the folders in your workspace. A contact with no email address does not, however, receive automatic reminders.
The link is personal: the code goes to the client's own inbox, so passing the link on is not enough. If a relative needs to follow the folder, invite them with a link of their own.
They can also post in the folder, upload a document or send you a request, without waiting for yours.
