Your questions about this case
No. You choose the slots yourself: Kolinea does not read your availability and does not write to your calendar. The calendar subscription receives the dates of your folders, read-only.
A confirmed appointment cannot be moved: you cancel it, then offer new slots. The cancellation goes out with an invitation that removes the appointment from the calendar.
Yes. With an approximate location, the map shows only the postcode, the town and a circle of 100 m to 1 km. Once the appointment is fixed, you republish the location with its exact position.
Kolinea sends no automatic reminder for an appointment. Your client adds it to their calendar from the invitation or from the “Add to my calendar” button on the confirmed appointment.
