Know how each folder went, and get it recommended
Client reviews
Every folder seen through becomes a recommendation
When you close a folder, you tick the clients to ask how it went. They answer from the e-mail, then are invited to leave a review on your Google page. You read the answers in the reviews list, and copy the words your clients agree to see quoted.
- Three answers (Good, Okay, Not good) and an optional word
- A “Not well” alerts the folder’s manager at once
- Every client is invited to leave a review on Google, PagesJaunes or Houzz
Replaces: The end-of-folder call that gets forgotten · Reviews asked for at random
Included in Premium: at each closing, you choose the clients to ask
The moment your client is happiest
A folder ends well, and nobody says so. The client puts their papers away, you move on to the next one. When a review does come, it comes at random, and rarely at the moment the client is happiest: the closing.
With Kolinea’s client reviews, closing the folder asks the people you choose: “Tell us how your shared folder with … went”, your name in place of the dots. Every folder seen through can become a recommendation, for your word of mouth as much as for your Google listing.
Know
In the “Close the folder” window, you tick the clients to ask for feedback. The participants you would rather not ask, a partner for instance, are unticked.
The ticked people receive the question with the closing e-mail. They answer in one click, without creating an account:
- Good, Okay or Not good;
- an optional word, to say whatever they want.
Only the team reads the answer. You find it in the closed folder, and in the workspace’s “Reviews” list, which gathers the answers of all your folders: you filter it by answer and search for a folder or a person. A client can change their answer or erase it from the same link.
Make it right
A “Not well” answer alerts the folder’s manager and whoever closed it at once, by e-mail and in Kolinea, with the answer and the word. They can call the client while the folder is still fresh, before the dissatisfaction is voiced elsewhere. The same goes if a client changes their answer to “Not good”.
A first “Very well” or “So-so” answer alerts the same people in Kolinea only, with no e-mail: it waits for them in the folder and in the “Reviews” list.
Get recommended
Once their answer is sent, every client is invited to leave a review on your workspace’s review page. The invitation is the same whatever the answer: you do not sort the satisfied clients from the others.
You enter up to three review pages, in order: Google first, then PagesJaunes, Houzz or another review site. The first is put forward, the others are offered below it.
A client who wrote a word can tick “I agree that your workspace may quote my word”. In the “Reviews” list, the word then carries the “Quotable” badge: you copy the ready-made quotation, in the form “word” — Claire D., for your website or your quotes. The client withdraws their agreement at any time from the same link, and the quotation is then no longer offered.
What it takes
-
Premium.
Asking the question at closing, setting the review pages and receiving the answers are part of Premium. Each new workspace gets 2 months of Premium, with no credit card.
-
On the Free plan
Nothing is deleted: the answers already received stay readable, and closing simply no longer asks the question.
-
One setting per workspace.
In Settings, under “Folders”, you switch the question at closing on or off, and you enter your review pages.
Through the API
Kolinea’s API lists the answers received, by folder or for the whole workspace, with their rating, their word and the quotation agreement.
What it does not do
- It is not a satisfaction dashboard: no average rating or score, only what each client answered.
- Kolinea publishes nothing on your behalf: the review is left on Google or on the page you entered, by the client themselves.
- A word is quoted only with its author’s agreement, and never without their signature.
Frequently asked questions
-
Does my client have to create an account to answer?
No. They answer from the link in the closing e-mail.
-
Do dissatisfied clients see the review page?
Yes, like the others: the invitation is the same for everyone, whatever the answer.
-
Who reads the answers?
The workspace’s team, in the folder and in the “Reviews” list. A client does not see the other clients’ answers.
