Your logo and colour on what your clients see
Your client’s folder carries your name
Your client does not know Kolinea. They know you. When they open their folder or read a reminder, they should recognise your firm at a glance.
With Premium, the client space and the e-mails your clients receive take your logo and your colour. The “Folder kept with Kolinea” mention goes away.
What changes for your client
- The client space. The top of the page starts with your logo and the name of your workspace, in place of Kolinea’s. Buttons, links and highlights take your colour.
- The e-mails. The invitation, the reminders, the activity summary and the other e-mails written to your clients open on your logo and name, and their buttons are in your colour.
The footer of the e-mails does not change: the reason for the e-mail and the unsubscribe link stay, as the law requires. E-mails to your team keep Kolinea’s identity.
Setting it
In the workspace settings, an owner or an administrator picks the colour, by hand or by its code (#0f766e), and sees a preview at once. The logo is the workspace logo, set in the same place: nothing else to upload.
A colour too light for text is never used as it is. For links and headings, Kolinea darkens it just enough to stay readable, and says so under the preview. Buttons keep your exact colour, with white or black text, whichever reads better.
An integration can set it too, through the API.
What it does not do
In your own app, the colour dresses the workspace for the whole team too: buttons, links, highlights. Kolinea’s logo stays there, beside your workspace’s. The domain of the links and the address the e-mails come from do not change.
If the workspace goes back to the free plan, Kolinea’s identity returns on the next e-mails. Your colour stays saved and comes back with Premium.
