What the client sees
A folder gathers, in one place, what the professional and their client exchange: messages, documents, requests and appointments. What is expected of them is flagged there, with nothing to dig out of their e-mails or messaging apps.
It is not one-way: the client can also post a message, upload a document or send a request to their professional.
Getting in without an account
The professional sends the client a personal link by e-mail. On each new device, a one-time code is sent to the same address to confirm it is really them. No password to remember, no sign-up to complete.

Pick one of the proposed slots for an appointment, or ask for others

Accept or decline, with a reason, what the professional submits for approval
Automatic reminders arrive before a request is due, then if it is late, unless the professional has turned them off. Once the request is handled, they stop.

The application and its database are hosted in France, at OVHcloud

A document only opens after identification, and the application checks on every opening that the person is allowed to read it

What each person sees is decided post by post: the team’s internal notes are never shown to the client

Every folder has an access log: who opened it, which document was viewed, when and from which device

No advertising trackers
An account, only if you want one
A client followed by several professionals can bring everything together: one e-mail address gathers the folders each of them opens, and a “My folders” page lists them. Creating this account is optional, free and password-less; it attaches past and future folders.
Opening a folder yourself
Your professional does not use Kolinea? Open the folder for them: a few questions, your documents uploaded or photographed, then a link to send them by WhatsApp, SMS, e-mail or copy. They read the folder without signing in. Creating your account is the last step: without it, there is no way to tell you about their answers.
If the professional does not take the folder over, it is deleted after 30 days, documents included, with a reminder and a warning by e-mail.
Frequently asked questions
