# Wedding planning shared with your couples

> From the venue choice to the seating plan, your couples see what is left to decide and what has been approved, with no account to create.

## A year of planning, scattered across WhatsApp and Instagram

The couple has chosen you for a wedding next summer. You visit three venues together, organise the tasting and find a florist. Photos of the venues go out on WhatsApp, the bride’s opinion arrives as an Instagram direct message, the groom’s as a voice note. The caterer’s quote travels as an attachment, and the “that works for us” gets lost forty messages up.

Four months later, the caterer asks which menu was chosen and how many tables to plan for. Nobody can find the answer, and the list of what is left to decide exists only in your notebook.

## One wedding, one folder: the venue, the suppliers, the quotes

Each partner enters through their own link and can upload an inspiration board or ask you a question themselves. Your assistant works in the same folder, opened from the “Wedding” template. The caterer, added with limited access, only reads what names or mentions them.

- **Venue choice**: a choice decision between the venues you visited, with their photos; the couple answers in the folder, and the choice is dated, in the name of whoever made it ([choice decisions, in detail](/en/features/choice-decisions)).
- **Supplier quotes**: the caterer’s or the photographer’s quote submitted as a sign-off; each partner accepts or declines it, with the date and their name ([sign-off, in detail](/en/features/sign-off)).
- **Tasting and venue walk-through**: slots offered to the couple, who pick one; the confirmation goes into their calendar. A checklist reminds them what to settle before the appointment.
- **What is left to decide**: the “Waiting” view shows what you have to do and what the couple owes you, from the final guest list to the seating plan ([the “Waiting” view, in detail](/en/features/the-waiting-view)).

A sign-off is a simple approval, with no value as a qualified electronic signature: the caterer’s contract is signed the way you usually do.

## A couple who know where their wedding stands

Reminders go out to the couple on their own: two days before the due date, on the day, the day after, then seven days later, until the request is completed. You add milestones to the folder: venue booked, tasting, the big day.

After the wedding, you close the folder. The couple and you can find the venue choice, the caterer’s approved quote and the seating plan there, for as long as your workspace exists.
